Judder is simply define as some of abnormal vibration which feels by mostly pedal or steering wheel. Whenever we apply brake at that time pad tries to stop disk but due to uneven wear on disk, it can't able to do it. Kinetic energy can not convert fully in friction energy due to which some of remain part of this kinetic energy creates vibes in form of vibration.

Brake disc run-out refers to the slight wobbling or deviation of the brake disc as it rotates, which can cause the brake pads to contact the disc unevenly.
This uneven contact leads to vibrations or a juddering sensation when applying the brakes.
