Vanes make higher cooling effect then hole.

In car disc brake vane type disc brake is used while in bike hole disc is used so here vane type disc has more scope then hole type. So answer is right.

Vanes and holes are providing cooling to the break disc both are good.

Holes in disc reduces weight, reduces material and also offers air cooling only but vanes provide air cooling as well as fluid cooling through vane guides but both are important.

I think holes are used to cooling purpose.

In wheeler the ribs or slots between the contact surface of disc rotor is called ass vane (Guiding the flow of fluid is called vane).

Holes are present in motorbikes disc. While the radial vanes are present in the cars can be I Maruthi 800 also these vanes are present b/w a disk plate while seen from top view.

I think its answer should be C.

I have never seen radial vanes kind of thing in disc brakes, but yes holes are provided for cooling of disc.
