When the torque of the wheels is tilted outward, then is called Positive Camber.
&.
When the torque of the wheels is tilted is inward, then is called Negative Camber.
I think it should be wrong answer. Because inward tilted it should be Negative Camber.

Though positive camber is set for tilting wheels outward it will compensate for wheels tilting INWARD due to load/weight of the vehicle.
COMPENSATE word makes the question very strong and is absolutely right I think.

This is right because positive camber means top of tires go away from body is called positive camber and if vehicle loaded at the time top of the tire tilt inward.

How is that tilting outward if the tyre tends to decrease angle with the ground towards inner side when loaded. It's is actually tilting inward.

A wheel will tend to tilt inward when it is loaded, but to counteract this tilting action positive camber will be given which will try to tilt wheel outward.

I thing Answer should be B (No). For Inward tilting it should be Negative camber.
