The answer is right. If we kept trucks sprung, mass minimum then jumping should be high and travel be uncomfortable.

Unsprung weight is the weight of the vehicle which is not supported by the suspension system i.e. weight of the wheels, tyres, axles, brakes, steering knuckle, differential etc.

D is the correct option as a reduction in overall mass is the best method for maximum efficiency as per F= ma.

I think D will be the correct answer.

Unsprung mass determines weight of the suspension and the other transmission lines and steering lines then the sprung mass determines the weight of frame.

I think this answer is correct because in vehicles the sprung weight is too high. Because we see in West Bengal that every goods vehicle was overloaded and their journey is still comfortable. So the sprung weight minimum or maximum it doesn't matter for a comfortable ride.

NO, answer A IS CORRECT if sprang mass is kept minimum, the vehicle causes unwanted vibration, BUMP effects and also causes vehicle lift when on high speed.

No answer is A.
Because by increases the ratio of sprang to unsprung mass ride can be comfortable. It causes to reduces the bump effect.
