All are correct, but the question asks the main feature, option A, C and D are true for any independent type suspension system, but the main feature of MacPherson is B.

No A is wrong, in Macpherson vertical size is larger than other systems. Also in this system vertical forces are supported by strut and non-verrtical by suspension arms (wishbone and simple compression link).
