I think it's a conversion only.

The primary function of a thermostat is to maintain a minimum operating temperature in your car's engine. When you start your engine cold, the antifreeze/coolant mixture is kept within the engine by the thermostat.
When the coolant temperature reaches the specified opening point of the thermostat, it opens. Coolant will then flow through the radiator to keep the engine at a temperature close to the rated temperature of the thermostat.

It is by convection and conduction I think. Radiation?

I think the answer is D. Because in water covention occurs, in radiater pipe conduction occurs and in fin with air radiation occurs.

What will be the right answer?

In radiator heat is transferred through the fins and tube walls to the air by conduction and convection. Maybe some trivial amount of radiation because for radiation to occur significantly, the radiator must be red hot (at very high temperature) and that is impossible.
So, I think 'D' is the right answer because conduction is more prominent (as it distributes the heat over the matrix and fins which than carried away by forced convection by air) than radiation in Radiators.

According to me, it is only convection.
