First of all, the newspaper boys do not manufacture newspapers at home. So it is not necessary that Thomas needs to go Vincent home.
A newspaper boy should have to go first to the central location to collect newspapers. So we cannot assume that Thomas takes more time than Vincent.
There is no statement mentioned above that Thomas is not a regular distributing the newspapers.
The answer A is correct.

Well I reject the first answer due to the fact that if it takes Vincent 50 minutes to deliver newspapers on a street and his house is one end of this really long street (if it takes 50 minutes to cross) then they most like don't live in the same neighborhood. Same street basically doesn't necessarily mean same neighborhood. So I reject A unless the time to deliver the newspapers becomes smaller.

Actually, the answer is option A because they have mentioned that Vincent is I'll in the same street one boy named Thomas has done the same work so they have asked that who will be doing his remaining work.
So the answer has given already is right.
So the answer has given already is right.

Vincent and Thomas are neighborhood but the thing is Vincent is sick so as neighbor Thomas has to do the work in efficient way. So I concluded that its take 50 minutes more for Thomas to do the work of Vincent. The option B will be correct.

I think the fact that Thomas can deliver the papers on behalf of Vincent when he's sick is a clear indicator that they both live in same street then only it is justified that there's no other logical support for other choices.

Thomas is not doing daily while Vincent does it. Generally those who do daily do faster things. As it is not mentioned that Thomas is more efficient than Vincent, I conclude that Vincent will take more than 50 minutes.

According to me, the answer should be both a and b, because in b, Thomas will take more time than Vincent to deliver the papers as it will take time by Vincent to contact Thomas to deliver the papers as he is sick.

Vincent is ill. So Thomas, his friend, first come to his house and collect the newspapers and then distribute them. So he should take more time than him.
