2) Body means the information needed is written below the heading.
3) Letter is the format where we use heading, body, and closing to write a letter for another person.
4) Closing is the last part of a letter where we conclude or end the writing of a letter.
Here, in the options heading, body, closing is the parts of letter format where as letter includes all of them.
So the answer is the letter as it is odd.

Actually heading, body, closing are the part of the letter.
Because a letter we write first heading, after the matter that means body after we close the endings like your sincerely.

I think the Answer should be body because all other three we will do on paper but not the body. Body means a human body or is it related to paper? Please clarify.
