I think option C is more relevant. Personal goals should never be given more priority than organisational goals. The answer given (option a) means satisfying personal goals even if they can cause harm to the organization and thus making organization to fail to achieve its goals.

Motivation is playing vital role in organization. If individual is motivated in organization than it will help or encourage to achieve personal goal. Once employee achieve personal goal, he/she will put best effort at workplace.

Option 'A' is only apt for the given passage. Employees are the pillars for any firm, if employess are happy they will put their best efforts to give the god results. So, in the perspective of motivation employees should be considered first.

Personal goals drives an individual to attain the organisational goals. When an employee grows the organisations grows too.. Option A is apt.

Option A is correct if we see to the statement. Motivation comes from within ourselves so individual must be motivated first which help him to achieve his personal goals and when he achieves his personal goals then only he take his organization to greater heights thus succeed in achieving organizational goals. Other options are irrelevant and not go through the statement.

Best is to jot down the personal goals in a calm mind and work towards achieving it. The organisation can only give you money to lead a good life. To achieve a personal goal it's you who has to strive.
Never associate your personal goal with the organizational goal.
Never associate your personal goal with the organizational goal.

Option A seems to be correct one according to the passage. It is never said in the passage that motivation forces priority for individual goals over organisational goals. Only thing said in the passage is that it makes people motivate to achieve their own goal with the help of organization.
