@Mr. Ninja_Chick. Go thru the question as it is refers to the case of a "serious accident".
And the requirement of carrying an identity card rules out the necessity of remembering one' phone number.

E is the correct option, why would we need phone number when someone meets with an accident. The first thing that comes to our mind is to save that persons life. Blood group is given more importance.

I wonder how option D is correct? If its an fatal injury like Head injuries, the person will become unconscious then how can you ask him his phone number? I feel Option B would be much appropriate.

If a person is unconscious how will he/she remember his phone number?
Will he be in the state of speaking anything?
Sometimes I feel wrong answers are provided here for couple of programs.

Please elaborate the explanation. According to me option D is an inappropriate one. When person is not stable or has gone through some accident how can he remember the contact number?

How option D is correct.
If person is in faint condense then how will he tell phone number.
So its illogical to saying that none is suppose to forget phone no in any circumstances.

I don't think so "D" is the correct answer.
How can a person remember his or her number if he is in unconscious stage!
"B" is the correct answer for this question.

Option D is right since in statement it is mentioned that in case this means only if it happen the other choices like a, b, c, e is necessary.

E is the correct option, because for helpless situation only this Id card is necessary and option D not because it is an assumption.

I agree with asad. B should be the right choice because after an accident a person in certain circumstances can forget phone number.
