A factory worker has five children. No one else in the factory has five children.

[A]. All workers in the factory have five children each. -- It has been clearly mentioned that no one else except one worker has five children. So, [A] cannot be the answer.

[B]. Everybody in the factory has children.

It may look like the correct one but the workers who does not have 5 children can be the ones who do not have a single child even so we cannot conclude that "Everybody in the factory has children ".

[C]. Some of the factory workers have more than five children.

They have mentioned that one person only has five children, so [C] won't be an answer.

[D]Only one worker in the factory has exactly five children. -- It clearly supports the statement.

So, [D] is the answer.

Lets think.

Statement 1: A factory worker has five children.
Statement 2: No one else in the factory has five children.

[A] All workers in the factory have five children each.
But they given that one person only has five children.

[A] is wrong.
[B]. Everybody in the factory has children.

They didn't say anything like this. May or may not.

So [B] is not.

[C]. Some of the factory workers have more than five children.

They mention that one person only has five children, so it won't be an answer.

[D]Only one worker in the factory has exactly five children.

The statement 1 &2 convay's that one person has exact count of five children.

Clues:

1) "A" factory worker. it means there is only one.
2) No one else has 5 children.
3) nothing is given about other workers having more children.

Therefore D is correct.

No one in the factory has five children means that other employee may have more than or less than five children but not equal to five children.

It is specifically mention that no one else in the factory has five children except for one factory worker, thus D is the correct answer.
