But C also seems right basing on the section of the passage that says people make it a pont to visit those houses with or without the invitation.
Therefore I still think C is right because for all we know that Keshav's house performed the Puja and its where Monmohan caught the day from. Not sure if he was or not invited.

In the question, there is no meaning "Manmohan invited by Keshav".
Then, How it is Manmohan invited by Keshav?

For those who said d is the answer, keep in mind that the statement says that, 'They make it a point to go even if they are not invited. ' so C should be the answer.

Here it is not mentioned if Manmohan was invited. However it is said that people make it a point to go even if they are not invited. So the best answer should be there was a 'Puja' in Keshav's house.

Logically option D is more strong.
Because neither it is given puja was performed in Keshav's house nor Manmohan was invited by Keshav.
Now, option D would be the best answer because it also covers option C that is Manmohan may be invited by Keshav because of some puja in his house or simply for official work.

Option C is the right answer. Because it is written there that people often go to the houses where they are not invited "They make it a point to go even if they are not invited".
Therefore, Option C is the best choice.
Therefore, Option C is the best choice.
