You have to assume everything in the statement to be true, then consider the two conclusions together and decide which of them logically follows beyond a reasonable doubt from the information given in the statement.
Give answer:

- (B) If only conclusion II follows
- (C) If either I or II follows
- (D) If neither I nor II follows and
- (E) If both I and II follow.
2.
Statements: The old order changed yielding place to new.
Conclusions:
- Change is the law of nature.

Nature isn't mentioned nor inferred in the statement so option 1 can't be the right answer. Old and new order could be about social, political, religious or economic models which have nothing to do with nature!

How A is correct?
Answer: Since the statement says that "The old older changed yielding place to new"
1. Conclusion I follows: Since the statement says that old order has given its place to new which means when that the place has undergone changes due to faults and redundancy in the old order. This concludes that as many times these faults or whatsoever the reason may be come change will happen.
2. Conclusion II doesn't follow: No where it was mention that the old order was changed due to redundancy. It might have been due to various other factors.
