  1. No. This is an intrusion to the privacy of an individual and hence cannot be tolerated.
  2. Yes. This will substantially reduce the risk of giving birth to children with serious ailments.

The answer is C because one is a disadvantage and the other is an advantage. So it can be any one not both together.

I think the answer should be C as while both the arguments are correct, they are opposing each other.
