Arguments:

  1. Yes. It is an essential concomitant in a capitalist economy.
  2. No. It leads to wastage of resources.
Only argument I is strong
Only argument II is strong
Either I or II is strong
Neither I nor II is strong
Both I and II are strong
Answer: Option
Explanation:

Is it true that on ads so much money is spent and that leads to increase of the MRP?

If yes than it will lead to high prices and consequent effects.

I agree with 2nd point but ads can be given in a socialist economy too. And the statement nowhere talks about capitalist economy. It is an assumption not argument if capitalist economy is dragged into the subject.

According to me, 2nd point is valid.
