Statement: Should fashionable dresses be banned?

Arguments:

  1. Yes. Fashions keep changing and hence consumption of cloth increases.
  2. No. Fashionable clothes are a person's self expression and therefore his/her fundamental right.
Only argument I is strong
Only argument II is strong
Either I or II is strong
Neither I nor II is strong
Both I and II are strong
Answer: Option
Explanation:
Clearly, imposing ban on fashionable dresses will be a restriction on the personal choice and hence the right to freedom of an individual. So, only argument II is strong.

I don't understand the explanation. This is an interpretation and opinion. Not a logical conclusion based on the given information.

It depends on the context you are thinking in - if you are thinking in the context of capitalism, then this is correct. If you are thinking in the context of environmentally friendly concepts then A might be correct, too.
