It is 1 and -2 series 22-21 = 1, 21-23 = -2 and so on

Answer is 25.

Another way to solve problem:
Sum alternatively it will get
22 + 1 = 23
23 + 1 = 24
21 + 1 = 22
22 + 1 = 23
so
24 + 1 = 25.
Sum alternatively it will get
