In this series, the first number(22) is subtracted with (-1) by the second number(21).
In other way, the second number(21) is add (+2) by the third number(23), and this series is continuously repeating.
i.e. means
22 - 1 = 21
21 + 2 = 23
23 - 1 = 22
22 + 2 = 24
24 - 1 = 23
Like this so,
Our Final Answer is in 23 we have to (+2) means 25.
Option (B).

It is 1 and -2 series 22-21 = 1, 21-23 = -2 and so on

Another way to solve problem:
Sum alternatively it will get
22 + 1 = 23
23 + 1 = 24
21 + 1 = 22
22 + 1 = 23
so
24 + 1 = 25.

This is soo simple, take all series in two pairs like, (22, 21), (23, 22), (24, 23),(25,24), ....
