Dear friends look carefully.
Split it.
As we can see here given data 8, 43, 11, 41, __, 39, 17.
Take alternate nos.
Then we get.
8, 11, 14, 17.. So on by adding 3 to previous no.
&.
43, 41, 39, 37.. So on by subtracting 2 from previous no.

Split it into two equation:
8,11,14,17 --->addition of 3.
43,41,39 ---> subtraction of 2.
