The logic is; Only reduce number 3 from each series;
32-3 = 29.
29-3 = 26.
26-3 = 23.
23-3 = 20.
20-3 = 17.
17-3 = 14.

If every number is decreasing by 3 then after reducing 3 from 14, it comes 12 if we see the whole series.
