Also,

I can be done like take the last number= 38.
Add with previous=32,
Subtract with the third last=26,
=38+32-26= 44,

Same way, 44+38-32= 50.

First pair- 2+18=20.
20+18=38.
Second pair- 8+18=26.
26+18=44.
