Take alternate numbers such as ( 2,14,26,38) and (8,20,32).
Take first pair :
2+12=14
14+12=26
26+12=38
Now : 38+12=50.
Take Second pair:
8+12=20
20+12=32
Now : 32+12=44.
Therefore we get the two numbers by taking alternate numbers and adding 12 to each number
HENCE THE NUMBERS ARE 44, 50.

I can be done like take the last number= 38.
Add with previous=32,
Subtract with the third last=26,
=38+32-26= 44,
Same way, 44+38-32= 50.
