3.1 - 2.3 = 0.8.
3.9 - 3.1 = 0.8.
x - 3.9 = 0.8 => x = 0.8 + 3.9 = 4.7
So answer is C.
3.1 - 2.3 = 0.8.
3.9 - 3.1 = 0.8.
x - 3.9 = 0.8 => x = 0.8 + 3.9 = 4.7
So answer is C.

Add by .8 so the answer is 4.7.
