Ten years, if a person committed in his/her work, she/he developed high experience. The sentence should consider as a true story or exaggerate. So that B and C possible answer.

In option B the realtor (person) is describing the house by laying details (eleven blocks away from the ocean) whereas the same occurs in option D as well here the coach (person) is describing the scholarship by giving facts (most talented players get scholarship). Both are right.
