I also thought it is true.
But statement I and II have no evidence that can prove statement III.
There is no need for III to be true if I and II are true.

But based on the first premise and second premise, the 1st mentioned about wearing of shoes and 2nd is wearing of shirt. It follows that the 3rd premise is true.

But if we use our logic, obviously tom will first put on his shirt and then shoes.

Here first they say about shoe and shocks then shirt and jacket but they does not relate both these so we can't say correctly so it is uncertain.
