Let Centerville = CV, Middle Town = MT and Pen Field is PF.

Draw the map and put CW at center.

According to statement 1: MT is placed right above it (North is above center).

According to statement 2: PF will be at west from CV.

Now draw coordinates around the MT and check. You will find that PF lies at South east of MT.
