Answer is : "True".

Let me explain:

[1]. All the offices on the 9th floor have wall-to-wall carpeting.

Here, the statement itself very clear nothing to say more.

[2]. No wall-to-wall carpeting is pink.

Here, this statement reveals that "wall-to-wall carpet" cannot be pink in any floor or anywhere else.

Therefore,

[3]. None of the offices on the 9th floor has pink wall-to-wall carpeting.

Here, this statement reveals that "There are no offices in 9th floor having pink wall-to-wall carpeting".

If [1] & [2] are true then [3] also true.

Ok so this is how it is:.

All the offices on the 9th floor have carpets.

But it says that none of the carpets are pink. So if no carpet is pink, then the carpets in 9th floor also cannot be pink becasue none of it can be pink.
