Its Clear. The answer is Uncertain.
The answer would've been True if Stephen saw more movies than Darren. Or False if Darren saw fewer movies than Josh.

Let josh saw movies =5,
Stephen saw movies= 3
And darren saw movies=4
5>3<4 this is false.
(or)
Let josh saw movies =4,
Stephen saw movies= 3
And darren saw movies=5
4>3<5 this is true.
So that both a&b answer are correct.
Stephen saw movies= 3
And darren saw movies=4
5>3<4 this is false.
(or)
Let josh saw movies =4,
Stephen saw movies= 3
And darren saw movies=5
4>3<5 this is true.
So that both a&b answer are correct.

This is how it works:
D is Darren, J is Josh and S is Stephan
the order from person that watched most movies to person that watched least could be either of the following:
Scenario 1:
D
J
S
Scenario 2:
J
D
S
In both cases, stephan saw the least movies, but we dont know which of the two scenarios is right in saying whether Darren saw more than josh or the other way around and hence the answer is uncertain.
Hope that helps :)
