* Terry does his task, which is not vacuuming, on Wednesday.
* The laundry is done on Friday, and not by Uma.
* Randy does his task on Monday.

Nowhere in the setup of the question does it state that two tasks can't be done on the same day.
So, how can it be assumed that Sally's dusting is done on Tuesday?
