Directions to Solve
Look carefully at the sequence of symbols to find the pattern. Select correct pattern.
7.

Answer: Option
Explanation:
All four segments use the same figures: two squares, one circle, and one triangle. In the first segment, the squares are on the outside of the circle and triangle. In the second segment, the squares are below the other two. In the third segment, the squares on are the inside. In the fourth segment, the squares are above the triangle and circle.

According to my knowledge.
*In the first case, the circle and triangle are placed in a square.
*In the second case, just consider triangle and circle are some objects that is placed above the box (square) wrt first case ("ignore the size of the shape").
*In the third case, as seen from the first case the squares are same but placed inside the circle and triangle (which is vise versa).
* At the last case as seen from the second case where the triangle and circle are placed above the squares, now each square are placed above the triangle and the circle.
Hence the answer is "C".

More simpler way :
In first set of figure the square are same in both figure but the circle in first figures changed with triangle in second.
In second set again square are same in both figure but the triangle is changed with square.
In third set it follow the same pattern.
So in final set of figure we should follow the same and changed the triangle of first figure with circle and the square should be same. Hence the answer is C.

Let me explain in simple.
1. Take the first set (circle inside a square, triangle inside a square), FLIP it horizontally.
2. Now take out the small images from the squares, and put it at the top of the respective squares.
Now follow the same step for the third set (square inside a circle, rectangle inside triangle), you will get the answer.
Hope this will help you. Have a nice day!

Since square follows same pattern as.
In 1st : Enclosing other shape.
In 2nd : Buttom of other shape.
In 3rd : inside triangle and square.
In 4th : square is placed on top of the rectangle.
So, option 3 is correct.
In 1st : Enclosing other shape.
In 2nd : Buttom of other shape.
In 3rd : inside triangle and square.
In 4th : square is placed on top of the rectangle.
So, option 3 is correct.

4th can't be right. I had marked fourth, too. Turns out, when you look again, you realize that you cannot get the answer without thinking the same way they did.

Why the option can't be 1.
Because the every alternative diagram follows.
Thus it can be concluded that triangle with the circle will correct !

It's little difficult to balance the square box on the ball. But its easy to balance a ball on a square box. So, both the options are correct.
