MANOHAR = (M+N+H+R)-(A+O+A) = 53-17 = 36.
AGGARWAL = (A+G+R+A)-(G+A+W+L) = -16.

For the first letter it's just S, T, U, _V_, W.. (normal series).
For the second letter, it's +2 ie. C+2 = E.
So, G + 2 = I.
Hence, the answer is C) VJI.
