RAMANUJ = (18 + 13 + 14 + 10) - (1 + 1 + 21) = 32.
MANOHAR=(13 + 14 + 8 + 18) - (1 + 15 + 1) = 36.
AGGARWAL=(7 + 7 + 18 + 23 + 12) - (1 + 1 + 1) = 64.
Consonant is getting minus from vowels.
