W value is 23 and g is 7, 23*7 is 161 then r is 18, M is 13 ans is 234 R234M.

For the first letter it's just S, T, U, _V_, W.. (normal series).
For the second letter, it's +2 ie. C+2 = E.
So, G + 2 = I.
Hence, the answer is C) VJI.
