Statement: The Indian electronic component industry venturing into the West European markets faces tough competition from the Japanese.
Courses of Action:
- India should search for other international markets for its products.

I also think the answer should be D.
Because there's nothing mentioned about the quality of the product. So second action is based on assumption. While it is mentioned that India is venturing means it's trying to create its market base so there's competition will take place. Exploring more international options will cost more rather it would be beneficial to create a market base.

The answer should be option D.
As action one is incorrect and in action 2 we do not know that our quality is poor or our price is too high.

The time you are investing in improving your product you need resources too and also conquering other markets is not an escaping but strengthening your territory.

The question is asking for logical action, not moral or type of attitude towards solution.

I also support E. Exploring options isn't to be considered escapist's course of action.

Improving quality of product and exploring new market opportunities always go hand in hand.
So, the correct option is E.
So, the correct option is E.

Tina, the statement talks about venturing in the West Europe, but doesn't say anything about other markets, which might already be covered, even with success.
So, the answer should only consider actions for THAT particular market, without taking into account the rest.
Therefore, II follows.

I Think E is more appropriate answer because improving the quality is an important step but on the other hand looking at other countries is not like India is having escapist attitude, it like to be ready for adverse conditions. Because your competition is with one of the best companies in electronic components.

we should always be prepared for the upcoming consequences. so alongwith trying for improving the quality, other markets should also be searched.
so, I think, E would be correct.
so, I think, E would be correct.

If we see japan is more best in electronic components how can INDIA increase the quality? I think the best is to search for other international markets or slightly we can improve why because is our INDIA is developing country so we can not fight with them?
