Statement: The car dealer found that there was a tremendous response for the new XYZ's car-booking with long queues of people complaining about the duration of business hours and arrangements.

Courses of Action:

  1. People should make their arrangement of lunch and snacks while going for car XYZ's booking and be ready to spend several hours.
  2. Arrangement should be made for more booking desks and increased business hours to serve more people in less time.

Only I follows
Only II follows
Either I or II follows
Neither I nor II follows
Both I and II follow

Course II explains the steps that should be taken by dealer, but course I is also correct if we look at customers' point of view and the action that should be taken from their part to avoid inconvenience. So, option [E] must be the right choice.
