- The company should make a proper study of rival products in the market.
- The price of the product should be reduced and quality improved.

Both the points are valid because if they would reduce the price and would improve the quality then its sail may rise again.

I also believe B to be the answer, because the problem is with the particular product, and not a road spectrum of products.
