- CBI should try to catch the officer red-handed and then take a strict action against him.
- CBI should wait for some more complaints about the officer to be sure about the matter.

As he is an officer, without investigating about the real fact how we can arrest him, unfortunately the person who has made complain against him may be his enemey, thats why he is making complain. Main thing is that he is an officer, not an ordinary person.
