Gorbl - fan.

Flur - belt.

Pixn - ceiling.

We can only make these 3 out so now we look at the options.

We get, only option D satisfying the first half.

Given:

(Gorblflur means fan belt. Pixngorbl means ceiling fan. Arthtusl means tile roof).

Gorbl+Flur = Fan+Belt.

Pixn+Gorbl = Ceiling+Fan.

Arth+Tusl = Tile+Roof.

According to above equations: Pixn = Ceiling & Arth = Tile.

So the answer of "ceiling tile" = Pixnarth(Pixn+arth).

It is just a comparison between imaginary words or so-called artificial language.

Nothing complex and special.

Why gorbl+flur?
Why not Gorblf+Lur?
Why not Gor+Blflur?
Similarly, why not any other combinations?
