Why should I hire you?

Whenever you have been asked this question, please don't use the adjectives like a hard worker, dedicated. As the interviewer can't judge you then and there whether you are a hard worker or not.

Moreover, these are common terms used by many people. To answer this question you need to be different from the rest of the candidates waiting outside.

So this should work:

Sir,
As a fresher, I have all the theoretical skills and knowledge required for this position. I require a stage to execute my skills practically and I believe that I have all the character, integrity and support to work in this kind of environment. I understood the work responsibility that I have to take to work properly so that I can maintain the quality of work done by this organization throughout the years. And I am willing to learn every bit of that work and I am going to execute every bit of that work as I learn and go through the stages.

If you hire me, it's a big platform where I can show my skill knowledge and ideas and participated in company's future growth. I will give my best for the company. Thank you.

As a fresher, I don't have any work experience but I want a good platform to start my career and explore my skills. I am interested in new things. I need a platform to prove my skills, and I think your company is the right place for me. It is wonderful opportunity to start my career.

As a fresher, I have more theoretical knowledge than practical knowledge. I have capabilities & skills but don't have any experience.
