Whenever you have been asked this question, please don't use the adjectives like a hard worker, dedicated. As the interviewer can't judge you then and there whether you are a hard worker or not.

Moreover, these are common terms used by many people. To answer this question you need to be different from the rest of the candidates waiting outside.

I require a stage to execute my skills practically and I believe that I have all the character, integrity and support to work in this kind of environment. I understood the work responsibility that I have to take to work properly so that I can maintain the quality of work done by this organization throughout the years.
