Sir, you should hire me, I have the qualities you are looking for. I have the competent skill, academic knowledgeable and the passion. I know there are many candidates like me but I'm different from them with my knowledge and attitude. One thing which I always remind that opportunity is nothing without getting any chances. I believe that I'm a great fit for this role. I'm a self-motivated person and give my 100% to any task that is given to me. That's why I have been able to do good in my academics.

Sir, as a fresher, I have a good knowledge of theories and practices that will help the organization. As per as most of the technical skills and management skills are concerned, most of the management gurus say they can be taught, and I also personally believe this is true, so the basic requirement for any job is openness of mind, and I always give my 100% to keep my mind open to learn new things.
