Sir, according to me, an engineer must have qualities like swiftness, leadership skills, technical knowledge and main important things is the ethics and values. Well, as I am a Fresher I am not having any experience. I am having only theoretical knowledge but in order to have a technical and practical knowledge, I am going to use a platform through which I will be able to enhance my knowledge and develop my skill as well. Being a fresher, I think I am very flexible and adaptive to learning new things. I am sure I will be able to contribute something capable for the growth of the company. My last project in Operations has taught me how to be a team player, and work in unison. I am sure that is a valuable quality which I will be bringing to the table.
