Why should I hire you?

I have been in the BPO industry for 10 years now and when we talk about finding the right leader to handle a team we have to keep these three things in mind which is ABC (Associate, Business and Client) As a leader we would look for someone who has visibility, being approachable and inspire others. I have had expertise in all these areas. I have handled teams, Mentored Associates n help them to improve their performance. At the same point of time ensured that it does not affect the Business n make the Client happy at the end of the day by Winning as one team.

Because of It's a big platform where I can show my skill knowledge & Ideas participate in company's future growth. And I can prove my best work efficiency & technology for the company.

I will come up with new innovations ideas, I will bring changes and I'm willing to work in this orgainisation.

I will come up with new innovations and I can challenge the phases in my task which was give by higher authority.

As I am fresher so if you hire me I develop skills also will work for the betterment of company.

Sir, as you know I am a fresher, I don't have much practical knowledge but I am good at my theoretical knowledge I am searching for a platform.

After providing dedicated service to my current employer. I am ready to accept new challenges and broaden my horizons if given opportunity. I should be hired because based upon my attribute of being a top performer, confidence level, adaptability and never say die attitude.

Because I have good communication skill and technical knowledge which is very useful for our company.
