As I am a fresher I don't have any work experience though by reading about your company profile I came to know that you are the one who gives a good platform to a fresher to expose his/her idea which will finally result in the development of both me as well as your company too.

Sir, I'm a quick learner, easily handled difficult situation and self-motivation.

2. Organizations: I am very detailed and know how to prioritize and complete the tasks in a timely manner.

Well, I am a fresher so I don't know anything about work experience but this will be a great opportunity for me to become a part of such banking system. I will give my best to this work. Apart from this I meet all the Minimum requirements for this job.

Sir, as I am a fresher. I have only theoretical knowledge. I found the platform where I can showcase my theoretical knowledge. Being punctual I will completed my work at a given time. I am flexible to work in any environment.

I have been in the BPO industry for 10 years now and when we talk about finding the right leader to handle a team we have to keep these three things in mind which is ABC (Associate, Business and Client) As a leader we would look for someone who has visibility, being approachable and inspire others.
