It's really a good question. I left my previous organisation because I was not getting transport facility as my house comes under a non-hiring zone and it became very difficult for me to manage the travel time however my last company was one of the best companies to work as they help people there to excel and be what you want to be so this is the only reason I left.

First of all, I would like to thank my previous company, who hired me. I have learned a lot from my previous job.

Like time management, working under pressure, self-confidence, resolving issues, a way of working in an industry. But my previous company is no any current project. Unfortunately, economic conditions in the industry that the organization is closed down.

First. I am thankful to my previous organization. Because my previous company was small.

And didn't have opportunities for growth.

I have learned a lot of think from there according to me chances are necessary for everyone to enhance your skill. Knowledge and for personal growth and financial growth.

Your organization is the good platform where I can learn more.

In fact, it was a great experience working with Marco holidays. I would like to thank Marco holidays to having me as a part of team. Because I have learned a lot form my last job, which is really helpful to me. But you know it is career opportunity and now I think it is time to me move on and have accepted a job elsewhere. So that I can ameliorate my skills more.

My current project development & testing phase is going to end in next month and we don't have any upcoming projects in Pipe line. If there is no project available then I might get allocated to Production Support projects. But as I am in starting stage of the carrier I don't want to work on Product Support. I am looking for the change to work on Development.
