I really enjoy what I'm doing, but I feel I'm following a routine. I looked around for more opportunities to grow, but because the company is small, I'm very limited. I want to work in an environment that will help me realize my full potential and a place I contribute everything I'm capable of doing. My current job doesn't provide these things for me. That's why I want to work in another company.

I am very glad that I worked for my previous job. I added good experience there and now I find it quite routine. The fixed dos and don't isn't giving me any job satisfaction. I have to work for another 20 years and working in the same place might not add any thing to my job satisfaction. Besides I can't even expect much perks in my salary. That is the reason I have decided to resign.

I have learned a lot of things from my previous company like teamwork, communication skills, time management, working under pressure etc.
And the reason why I left my previous job is I was facing health issues with the night shift. So, I am looking for a day job so that I can give my 100%.
