Why did you resign from your previous job?

I'm thankful for my previous organization where I'm able to learn a lot of skills related to my previous roles such as teamwork, time management, collaboration with stakeholders effectively etc.

However, I felt that I have reached my full potential there and now I'm looking for a ambitious company like yours where I can able to grow professionally and financially and where I could take additional responsibilities to grow myself in terms of my career aspect.

I'm Looking for better career prospects, and professional growth. And also Looking for new challenges at work.

I left my previous company because I felt that this is the right time to advance my career and improve my skills.

While saying this I want to thank my current organization for giving me the first chance to prove myself in this industry and giving me real-life experience of the corporate world.

I am very grateful for that in my current organization.

Thanks to my current company. I have learned a lot of things and skills as a fresher at my current company.

But now, I want to get a good platform where I can grow professionally and financially and learn new skills and experiences.

First of all, I would like to thank my previous company, who hired me as a fresher.

And the reason why I left my previous job is I was facing health issues with the night shift. So, I am looking for a day job so that I can give my 100%.
