Well, I started of my carrier as a fresher in the previous organisation, I have learnt many things like time management, working under pressure and supporting the team and mainly improved my com skills and the reason why I left the job is there were not many internal job posting and they are people who are been working in the same position for years and I didn't see any growth opportunities. So, I have decided to change the organisation was I can grow myself professionally and financially.

I resigned from my previous job because I had my degree term end exam in the month of june. And I resigned from my job in the month of jan. I needed a couple of months of time to prepare myself for the exam. I wanted to focus only on my study because it was my priority then. Now it is over. I am again free to start working.

Sir, first of all I am very thankful for my previous organisation for the exprience I had there and after working there for an year I thought I was not able to use my skills as it was a *********process and this new change will Offer me new challenges which I would use to make my career and certainly I feel that I was under paid at my previous post and I think your organisation is a good platform for me to make my career.
