I am very thankful for my previous job as it gave me knowledge on how to troubleshoot the website, the customer in a bad situation and how to work under pressure but due to some health issue, I was unable to work in the night shift before company so I resigned my job.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work in my previous organization, and for seeing the potential in me.
However, I want to take a leap and venture into new horizons to be able to hone my skills and pursue growth in terms of compensation and professional aspects.

I had been working there for 1 year but the company didn't want to increase my salary even fresher can take the same salary as mine then what I had, nothing except the experience of one year not salary increment nor promotion, so I thought I should left and I did.

I have learnt a lot as it is my first organization, but now there are only Freshers Colleagues with me and I am not seeing any kind of growth with them as all of my seniors leave their job just because they got a better opportunity.
I do not see any growth here.

First, my sincere thanks to my previous job where I joined as a fresher and learnt about time management, be punctual, how to work under pressure and mainly communication, but still, I felt this is not a place for me to grow further so planned to change my job.
