I left my previous multi national company because I had problems with my Rotational Shift. Due to Rotational shifts I am unable to Adhere my Shift windows and facing health issues. And I didn't get promotion on time. Changes is very much essential for betterment and good Career.

I resigned in my previous company because my salary was very low and there was no opportunity for growing up my skills. My office shift was very early morning, so I decided I will work in a good company where I can improve my communication skills & where I can grow lots of.

I have learned more and more in my previous company and I didn't get any growth in my company. I am very thankful my previous company and learned a lot experience in the previous job. Now I am resigning because everyone wants to growth that's why I am resigning my company.

I didn't resign my job yet but I was looking forward to work in new organisation because currently working in my previous job salary has been given after 3 months one month salary paid, that's why I'm looking forward to a new job and want to resign from my previous job.
