Why did you resign from your previous job?

Well, before answering this question just I want to thank my previous company why because it gave more opportunities it has been a great experience with great people but I want growth in my career that should be professionally and financially so only I am quitting my current job.

Well, before answering this question I have to thank my current company because it's my first opportunity in Dubai, It has been a great experience working with the great people but my company is relatively small so growth is limited and the space for learning and appraisal is also limited. For me, I want the challenging environment to create an impact in the company as well as in my personal growth. I have been learning every day but I'm not getting the platform to implement my technical skills. So continue to grow I'm looking for better career prospects, Professional growth, and work opportunities.

Want to grow professionally and financially.

That's why I want to change my current job.

First, I would thank my previous organization because they have given me opportunity work for this organization and I learn lots of things like time management work under pressure etc, I am looking for better career prospects, professionally and financially growth and work opportunity that's why I resign my previous job.

Firstly i'd like to thank my previous organization as they were the ones who believed in me and hired me and gave me a platform to learn lot of skills like being a good team player, working in specified TAT, managing deadlines etc. However I feel that change is a part of life and I want to grow my self professionally and financially.

I also think I'm capable of taking initiatives and challenges so as to increase my knowledge.

I will use all my skills, knowledge and experience to get the work done for the benefit of the company.

I had resigned my previous job. Because the operations had closed on April month. But, the management have hopes the company might be restart. But on Aug month the management as announced half salary for all employees. So, I'm decided to quit my job. Because I'm not adjustable with that half salary. That's the reason I resigned from my previous job. And the management side they don't have any confirmation when the company will restart.

To seek good opportunity towards growth and I think your organization is the good platform where I can get all these.

First of all,

I'm really thankful to my previous organisation as who hired me as a fresher. I have learnt a lot of skills from my previous job like time management, working under pressure, networking skills, etc.

However, I feel that change is a part of life and I want to grow myself professionally and financially.

I feel your company is the best and I am very much interested in the job.

I am also up to take up this new role and also the challenges coming with it to enhance my knowledge, skills and overall development.

I will put my 100% of my experience, knowledge and skills to the benefit of the company.
