Why did you resign from your previous job?

First of all, I would say thanks to my previous job because they gave me lots of knowledge and hire a fresher but after given some time of my life I could not find any kind of opportunity in this organisation for became a better future and I want to enhance my skills and professionalisation and I am not satisfied to my previous company salary so that's why I deadened here and I want to do work in this company because I read about of this company so I found a lot of opportunities and I will grow up my carrier very early in this organisation so that's why I am here.

I didn't resign my job yet but I was looking forward to work in new organisation because currently working in my previous job salary has been given after 3 months one month salary paid, that's why I'm looking forward to a new job and want to resign from my previous job.

I am very thankful to the previous organization that I have learned time management, working under pressure. But due to my travel issues, I quit that job.

I resigned due to some personal reason. I had learnt a lot there and I will use those knowledge in this organization.

I am not left my previous job till now, though in my previous company I gets lot of knowledge about paper chemistry with working Superior manager and workers also but changes should be required for everyone life to grow in future but in my present company growth in higher grade is sluggish so I decided to leave if will get the job in iocl.

I am thankfull to my previous company. There I learnt lots of thing. But my concern is different to job change. That is job satisfaction I am working but I always intrested in banking sector. I love to work in banking profile.

I always look for a new opportunity that boosts my confidence secondly need a platform to enhance my skills and ability and to utilise it properly which would be beneficial to me and the organisation.
